Requirements

• 8+ years sourcing specialized Engineering and/or AI talent across highly technical domains
• Experience hiring in robotics, AI, embedded systems, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or defense
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets across software and hardware development
• Proven ability to source for highly specialized profiles in technical fields
• Proficiency with recruitment tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build highly targeted searches to deliver candidate profiles with precision
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and long-term strategies
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber technical talent across specialized domains
• Own candidate experience from first outreach to final offer, ensuring clarity, speed, and high communication bar
• Track, analyze, and communicate sourcing metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency
