💼 About This Role
You'll lead integrated growth marketing campaigns for Kpler's trading business units. Youll gather requirements, define objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch products and drive demand. The role offers budget and vendor management with external agencies.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as liaison between Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth Marketing to collect campaign briefs.
- Develop and execute integrated campaign roadmaps for product launches and demand-generation.
- Own end-to-end project management, building timelines and ensuring quality standards.
- Define KPIs and conduct post-campaign analysis, synthesizing data from CRM.
📋 Requirements
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in commodity trading.
- Strong project management expertise with ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of demand generation tactics including digital advertising and ABM.

- Experience with event marketing.
- Familiarity with commodity trading or energy sectors.
- Experience managing external agencies.
