💼 About This Role

You'll lead development of a rigorous high school STEM, AI Literacy, and Design curriculum and coach teachers and leaders to ensure strong implementation. You'll analyze student data to drive instructional decisions that promote equity and innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain grades 9-12 STEM, AI Literacy, and Design curriculum
• Design unit, interim, and course-level assessments
• Analyze student achievement data to inform curriculum revisions
• Facilitate professional development and coach teachers and leaders

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years teaching or leading high school science, engineering, or technology
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design
• Proven experience in professional development and coaching

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
• Charter school leadership experience
• Experience with interdisciplinary or project-based learning
