Description

You will track and document the end-to-end lifecycle of data center hardware, ensuring 100% accuracy in asset records. You'll conduct audits, maintain data governance standards, and partner with engineers to automate data collection and build dashboards that provide leadership visibility into asset status and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in data center asset management or complex inventory management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics
• Experience with asset management systems or CMDB platforms
• Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet tools
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Track and document data center asset lifecycle (receipts, moves, adds, changes, decommissioning)
• Manage metadata and lifecycle data integrity of physical assets
• Conduct audits and reconciliations between physical inventory and system records
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and data governance standards
• Design dashboards and reports for asset status, hardware aging, and inventory accuracy
