🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems for complex projects.
• Establish and document processes for QMS, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Collect production data, analyze KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Define and implement tool life management strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1+ year experience with quality management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver KPIs independently.
• Can-do approach and flexibility to thrive in growing teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years experience in machine shop environment.
• Experience with NX (CAD/CAM/CAE) and Team Centre / Infor LN (ERP/PLM).
• Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings.
