💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the functionality of the Midland Theater venue before, during, and after events. You'll perform maintenance tasks like painting, plumbing, and electrical work. This role offers a chance to work in a historic venue with a leading live entertainment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance.
• Repair carpets, paint interiors/exteriors, maintain HVAC and electrical systems.
• Inspect facility systems to detect malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Assist in developing standard procedures for venue cleanliness and upkeep.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Immediate knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
