Description

As our Care Coordinator, you'll be the first and last touchpoint for pet parents at our clinics, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience. You'll manage appointments, handle communications, and maintain a clean, hospitable environment—all while supporting the Bond Vet mission to enhance the human-animal bond.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing reception
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfort typing and using multiple computer systems

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Manage schedule of daily appointments and walk-ins
• Take and make calls, communicate via email
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked
• Provide high-level hospitality and answer client questions
