💼 About This Role

You'll own customer deployment and adoption for a portfolio of 20-30 enterprise accounts at Amplitude, the leading AI analytics platform. Your core impact is driving value realization from presales through renewal, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes. This role combines technical fluency with strategic account management in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 20-30 enterprise accounts
• Lead deployment planning and project coordination across the book
• Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals
• Drive product adoption through live working sessions and new use cases
• Deliver executive business reviews linking usage to business impact

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English mandatory
• 5+ years in technical customer success or similar role
• Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
