πΌ About This Role
You'll manage renewal of maintenance contracts and drive upsells for Veeam's Velocity customer base. Your core impact is overachieving quota through customer retention and expansion. This role combines high velocity selling with cross-functional collaboration.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage annual pipeline by reaching out to customers before support expiration
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate contracts
- Prepare quotes, forecasts, and business analysis for territory
- Record all activities in Salesforce and manage inbound renewal inquiries
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs
- Experience in sales, account management, or renewals
