You'll design and build referral rules engines and franchise lead attribution pipelines for a national real estate network. Your work directly impacts revenue accuracy and the integrity of referral economics across Compass International Holdings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the referral program rules engine
• Own the franchise lead attribution pipeline
• Build and evolve the lead monetization model
• Maintain and extend the broker matching partner API

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years developing software with Go or Java
• Experience with gRPC and Thrift
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
