Requirements

• First professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally telephone (sales or retail)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage directly with customers
• Native-level German language skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Team-oriented, reliable, independent, and good time management
