You will own day-to-day operations and process development for the Alo Access loyalty program, focusing on omnichannel and international growth to deepen customer loyalty and repeat purchase behavior.

• Configure and launch loyalty rewards across global markets
• Develop and own operational SOPs and improve processes
• Optimize reward catalog profitability with Merchandising
• Consolidate weekly reporting and insights on reward activities
• Partner with MarTech and analytics to advance loyalty capabilities
