💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets while fostering a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
