💼 About This Role

You'll manage post-sales customer journeys for universities and high schools using the Almabase platform. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while serving as a trusted advisor. This role offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools to enhance customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and ensure timely delivery of value.
  • Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks.
  • Conduct business reviews and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather feedback and contribute to product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of SaaS B2B experience in a customer success role.
  • Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Zapier AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and adopt technical products quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with US customers.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Experience with customer success software.
