💼 About This Role
You'll manage post-sales customer journeys for universities and high schools using the Almabase platform. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while serving as a trusted advisor. This role offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools to enhance customer outcomes.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and ensure timely delivery of value.
- Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks.
- Conduct business reviews and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather feedback and contribute to product roadmap.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of SaaS B2B experience in a customer success role.
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Zapier AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and adopt technical products quickly.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with US customers.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Experience with customer success software.
