You'll own the Cortex product roadmap, evolving it from a research assistant to an AI that can reason, plan, and act on customers' behalf. You'll drive AI architecture decisions alongside engineering leads and ship consumer experiences that drive adoption and retention. This role combines technical depth with consumer intuition in a regulated financial services environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Cortex product roadmap end-to-end
• Drive technical direction alongside engineering leads
• Build and evolve evaluation frameworks at scale
• Ship consumer experiences that drive adoption and retention
• Navigate regulatory landscape with Legal & Compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of consumer-facing product management
• 3+ years on AI/ML-powered products
• Deep fluency in LLM architectures and agentic systems
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI quality and safety

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shipping AI products in financial services
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tooling
• Experience with agentic AI systems in production
