You'll own the day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions at Canada's largest online used car retailer. You'll ensure clean documentation and smooth pickups while being a key operational link between internal teams and auction platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage titles and ownerships end-to-end with auction platforms
• Prepare and send bills of sale for wholesale transactions
• Maintain the wholesale margin tracker
• Coordinate lane audits at 3rd party and partner auction lots
• Administer wholesale plates, insurance, and equipment
