  • Oversee accurate and timely global commission payouts.
  • Direct creation of dashboards and reporting tools for insights.
  • Resolve complex commission inquiries as an escalation point.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales compensation or related roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • SaaS or technology environment experience preferred.

  • Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public companies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SPIFF, Excel models.
