- Lead the implementation of commission plans aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee accurate and timely global commission payouts.
- Direct creation of dashboards and reporting tools for insights.
- Resolve complex commission inquiries as an escalation point.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in sales compensation or related roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- SaaS or technology environment experience preferred.

- Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public companies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SPIFF, Excel models.
