πΌ About This Role
You'll build Pylon's London office from scratch, personally closing EMEA deals while hiring the team around you. You'll own the pipeline and revenue targets, acting as a player-coach in a B2B SaaS environment. This is a rare opportunity to be the first GTM hire into a new region for a high-growth Series B company.
π― What You'll Do
- Own EMEA pipeline and revenue targets with personal quota
- Hire and manage first EMEA AEs, CSMs, and support engineers
- Adapt sales playbooks for European buyers and procurement
- Set up London office including co-working and dedicated space
- Partner with product on localization and compliance needs
π Requirements
- 5β10+ years selling B2B SaaS in EMEA
- Built a team from scratch with hiring and management experience
- Existing network in UK/EMEA tech ecosystem
- Based in London and willing to work in-person
