Description

You will design experiments, own complex analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy for content growth. Your work will focus on scaling high-quality third-party content, including video and local events, to boost engagement in underserved neighborhoods. You'll build metrics, dashboards, and data foundations to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data science and product analytics experience
• BS/MS in quantitative discipline (statistics, operations research, computer science, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Experience designing experimentation and analyzing A/B testing results
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems to executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to support product development
• Design and measure experiments to inform feature decisions
• Develop strategic insights through exploratory data analysis
