You'll build and own the operational infrastructure that keeps Anthropic's research organization running at full speed. You'll work directly with research scientists and research engineers on coordination, programs, and day-to-day operations. This role sits at the intersection of research operations, technical program management, and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage custom expert contractor networks
• Run research partnerships with external partners
• Provide end-to-end TPM support for major research pushes
• Own team logistics including onboarding and events

📋 Requirements

• Experience in research operations or technical program management
• Ability to context-switch between operational and strategic work
• Technical background with experience in software development or ML
• Track record of building systems and processes from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing and managing expert contractor networks in technical domains
• Familiarity with ML research workflows like training runs and data pipelines
• Experience contributing to product development or product strategy
