💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI-powered content pipeline that transforms raw game footage into highlights and stats, owning the strategy from vision to launch. You'll set multi-year product direction and drive outcomes across engineering, data, design, and external partners. This is a greenfield product line with real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap.
• Lead strategic relationships with computer vision and AI vendors.
• Partner with data engineering to build a sport-agnostic game data model.
• Build the operating model for content delivery, quality, and scale.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or technical product management experience.
• Track record of leading cross-team initiatives end to end.
• Working fluency with AI/ML concepts and model quality tradeoffs.
• Strong data fluency including SQL and metric interpretation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with live video streaming infrastructure or media processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with computer vision capabilities for sports (object tracking, OCR).
• Background in sports media, sports data, or adjacent domains.
