Description

You will partner with school districts in Kansas City and Wichita to guide their implementation of IXL's personalized learning products, delivering professional development and analyzing data to drive success. This role involves frequent travel (40-60%) to schools for hands-on support and collaboration with the Sales team to grow district partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering K-12 professional development
• Experience as school/district administrator or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading district instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel 40-60% within Kansas to deliver PD and visit classrooms
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
