You'll serve as the operational backbone supporting the experience team at e.l.f. Beauty, ensuring events run smoothly from strategy through execution. You'll own logistics, manage travel and inventory, and remove busywork so the team can focus on creative big-picture thinking. This role offers hands-on learning in event production and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate event travel bookings and vendor onboarding
• Manage shipment logistics, inventory, and product planning
• Maintain run-of-shows, invite coordination, and contact sheets
• Support onsite event needs and product storage management

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
• Proactive and eager to learn
