• Manage a team of 3-5 frontend and backend engineers.
• Actively participate in product development 70% of time.
• Hire and onboard new engineers for the team.
• Redesign engineering workflows with autonomous agents.

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Track record of shipping secure, reliable, and scalable production systems.
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
