This role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design with significant operational impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into SOPs and documentation.
• Audit and refine knowledge base to eliminate redundancies and close gaps.
• Act as internal knowledge point of contact for recurring questions.
• Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical processes into clear documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
