You'll be the designated technical support engineering contact for Twilio's strategic customers, ensuring complex technical problems are resolved while delivering proactive guidance. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer experience and drive betterments based on customer trends.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Address customer issues with technical and diplomatic skills
  • Resolve complex problems with customers' developers and partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering via Slack and JIRA
  • Analyze customer trends and report observations to management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs
  • Troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python)
  • Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Telecoms and VOIP including WebRTC and SIP
  • Experience managing dedicated customer accounts
