🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely per company policies
• Determine correct GL coding for operating expenses
• Maintain vendor records and manage weekly check run process
• Lead process improvements in purchasing and payables

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of recent accounts payable experience
• Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo ERP or other enterprise ERP
• Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Prior GL accounting experience
