You'll start your career in the consumer finance industry as the first point of contact for customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound sales calls while engaging with customers in person, learning all aspects of the business. The role offers fast-track advancement and best-in-class training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person at the branch
• Process title, payday, and signature loan applications
• Provide financial products to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some college or military experience
• Teamwork mentality from team sports
