You'll lead university sales across Europe and APAC for an edtech company empowering healthcare professionals. You'll drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships while navigating the complexity of AI integration in education.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of 5-6 sales professionals across regions.
- Drive and support complex B2B deals with senior academic stakeholders.
- Define scalable sales motions and improve pipeline conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and priorities.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of proven sales/business development success in consultative environments.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel ~30% across Europe and APAC.

- Experience selling to universities or medical education.
- Additional languages beyond English.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Google Workspace.
