You'll lead university sales across Europe and APAC for an edtech company empowering healthcare professionals. You'll drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships while navigating the complexity of AI integration in education.

  • Lead and coach a team of 5-6 sales professionals across regions.
  • Drive and support complex B2B deals with senior academic stakeholders.
  • Define scalable sales motions and improve pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and priorities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven sales/business development success in consultative environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel ~30% across Europe and APAC.

  • Experience selling to universities or medical education.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Google Workspace.
