You'll resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair for a premier residential community. Your work ensures beautiful, safe homes and outstanding resident experiences. After a year, you'll earn EPA 608 certification fully paid.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and vacant apartment turnovers
• Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and snow removal
• Provide on-call emergency coverage and weekend shifts

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently and have reliable transportation
