You'll define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GoHighLevel's AI products, driving AI adoption and revenue across the platform. You'll own end-to-end delivery and business outcomes, shaping AI-native UI/UX and influencing cross-functional teams. This role offers VP-level ownership while staying deeply engaged in product execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and refine AI product vision and roadmap
• Lead AI products from discovery through launch and iteration
• Drive AI adoption, usage, retention, and monetization
• Collaborate with Design to evolve AI-native UI/UX

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with increasing scope
• Proven experience leading AI-powered or data-driven products from concept to scale
• Strong product judgment with business and customer orientation
• Ability to influence across functions and operate with executive stakeholders

• Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation
• Background in SaaS products serving SMBs or complex workflows
• Experience evolving UI/UX around intelligent or automated systems
