💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team at a new cafe opening in Las Vegas, ensuring exceptional hospitality and coffee quality. You'll oversee daily operations, train team members, and drive sales while maintaining Blue Bottle's standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Spearhead sales growth and manage cafe expenditures
• Oversee service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members
• Handle cash deposits and address guest concerns

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience or team leadership
• Completion of Barista Essentials training within 90 days post-hire
• Existing Food Safety Certification or obtain within 30 days post-hire
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
