💼 About This Role

You'll drive critical corporate FP&A functions and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors. Your core impact will be identifying growth opportunities and driving business decisions through data-driven insights while building scalable processes to support continued growth. You'll own quarterly forecasting, board reporting, and cash flow modeling, with a focus on capital allocation decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive quarterly reforecasting with department heads and annual planning.
• Own financial sections of the quarterly board deck with clear narratives.
• Build and maintain equity burn and cash flow models in Adaptive Planning.
• Own forecasting and variance analysis for corporate/shared services costs.
• Optimize Adaptive models, reports, and integrations as a power user.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
• Adaptive Planning power user able to build and troubleshoot models.
• Strategic impact: proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with two-sided marketplace model.
• NetSuite or equivalent ERP experience.
• SQL proficiency for ad-hoc data analysis.
