💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor to Ramp's channel partners, delivering deep product expertise and guiding best-practice adoption to drive meaningful outcomes for businesses. You'll architect custom API integrations and collaborate across teams to influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for product and integration development aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to deliver product demos and enablement.
• Architect and validate custom API-based integrations with third-party platforms.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in complex implementations with partners.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Partner Architecture, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, or accounting.
• Strong communication skills translating technical solutions into business value.
• Experience with API architecting between finance-based software programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in channel sales, working with SIs and ISVs.
• Expertise in accounting systems and finance workflows.
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, or ERP solutions.
