• Manage and align goals for Customer Success Associates to ensure high retention
• Analyze usage trends and recommend tailored workflows to maximize ROI
• Create customer-facing content like templates and training materials
• Troubleshoot technical issues and route them to internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or technical support in SaaS
• People-management experience with scaling customer-facing teams
• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Talkdesk, Excel, Slack, Notion
