- Manage internal operational steps to onboard clients
- Project manage implementation of new features across accounts
- Serve as escalation point for customer support and technical issues
- Monitor usage, SLA adherence, and failure rates
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success or account management with enterprise clients
- Experience delivering SaaS or technical solutions to clients
- Exceptional communication skills across all backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with a focus on error prevention
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in payments
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Google Looker, or Zendesk
