  • Manage internal operational steps to onboard clients
  • Project manage implementation of new features across accounts
  • Serve as escalation point for customer support and technical issues
  • Monitor usage, SLA adherence, and failure rates

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success or account management with enterprise clients
  • Experience delivering SaaS or technical solutions to clients
  • Exceptional communication skills across all backgrounds
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on error prevention

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Google Looker, or Zendesk
