💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the consumer product expert for Training and Hydration categories, managing cut-and-sew accessories and hard-good equipment. You'll gather consumer insights and lead a cross-functional Triad to drive product creation against revenue and margin goals. You'll own seasonal product briefs and present to sales teams and external accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct focus groups and wear testing sessions
• Write seasonal and innovation product briefs
• Forecast product assortment at style and color level
• Lead trade presentation and marketing needs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consumer product management
• Experience in sportswear or mass-market retail
• Data analysis skills including retail math and margin reviews
• Bachelor's degree in product management, marketing, or business

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FlexPLM or MMX databases
• Knowledge of global sportswear retail landscape
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments
