💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic development and management of network partnerships in the Americas, driving revenue-focused commercial strategies. You'll identify unmet outbound payment flow requirements and apply knowledge of the Thunes Network to solve cross-border needs. This role offers the opportunity to shape the most commercially attractive network in the market.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic roadmap planning and execution of revenue opportunities with network partners and FIs.
  • Identify partner unmet outbound payment flow requirements and leverage Thunes Network to solve them.
  • Lead deal execution and lifecycle management for partnerships.
  • Manage key partnership accounts at operating company and group level for large FI groups.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial experience with financial institutions and cross-border payments companies.
  • Proven ability to solve commercial and operational problems with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong business acumen in the global cross-border space.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in consulting, investment banking, or professional services (e.g., law, Big 4).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
