Description

You will manage IT system infrastructure, perform day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. You will also provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, configure Linux and Windows systems, and maintain system reliability for federal missions.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Information Technology / Systems Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (or 5 additional years SA experience in lieu).
• Meeting DoD 8570 level 2 qualifications (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND).
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Configure and manage Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components.
• Monitor daily operations of applications and infrastructure.
• Perform system maintenance tasks including patches and updates.
• Support system backups and recovery procedures.
• Help maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in testing during upgrades and implementations.
• Generate system reports and analyze performance metrics.
