💼 About This Role

You'll embed with strategic accounts as the technical bridge between engineering and customer needs. Your core impact is diagnosing and resolving integration failures and automation logic gaps. You'll help scale deployment practices across multiple accounts by surfacing patterns to the product team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve technical blockers like integration failures and automation logic gaps
• Build account-specific automations and integrations not yet supported out of the box
• Own technical setup during onboarding: integrations, data flow, first automations
• Contribute to shared technical documentation and deployment playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical implementation, integration engineering, or software engineering with customer-facing component
• Strong working knowledge of Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar helpdesk platforms
• Ability to read customer's technical setup, identify broken configurations, and drive fixes
• AI-fluency: understand how LLM-powered agents work and can configure/test/iterate on agent behavior
