You'll lead field marketing agencies and teams to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy. You'll drive customer engagement and sales growth through performance targets and data analysis. This role is hybrid based in Mexico City.

• Develop and execute regional demand generation strategy for brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee relationships with field marketing agencies and ensure brand standards.
• Set and review performance targets for field marketing teams daily.
• Coordinate promoter personnel and design scalability models for partners.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of field marketing or sales management experience.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Budget management and financial analysis experience.
