💼 About This Role

You'll be the key technical lead for building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, fire safety) at a partially automated fulfillment center. Your work ensures maximum uptime and efficiency, directly impacting the logistics chain. You'll coordinate preventive maintenance and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical condition and safety of all building systems
• Manage breakdowns and coordinate external specialists for rapid resolution
• Define and oversee preventive maintenance plans and legal inspections
• Optimize processes for energy efficiency and fault management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluency in German and good English skills
• TGA expertise and understanding of automation interfaces
