🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and implement novel ML and deep learning algorithms.
- Iterate on AI model development from data to deployment.
- Collaborate with research engineers to prototype solutions.
- Conduct experiments to benchmark new techniques.
- Develop tools for scalable and reproducible research.
📋 Requirements
- Master's in AI, CS, or related field with 3 years of production ML experience OR PhD with 2 years.
- Experience building models using Python and PyTorch.
- Experience with NLP tools (HuggingFace, transformers).
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines using Spark or Databricks.
- 1+ year developing computer vision or multimodal systems (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO).
✨ Nice to Have
- Alt: PhD in related field.
- Experience with speech/language models.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
