You'll iterate on AI model development from data to deployment and collaborate with a team to prototype solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement novel ML and deep learning algorithms.
• Iterate on AI model development from data to deployment.
• Collaborate with research engineers to prototype solutions.

• Develop tools for scalable and reproducible research.

📋 Requirements

• Master's in AI, CS, or related field with 3 years of production ML experience OR PhD with 2 years.
• Experience building models using Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP tools (HuggingFace, transformers).
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines using Spark or Databricks.
• 1+ year developing computer vision or multimodal systems (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO).

✨ Nice to Have

• Alt: PhD in related field.
• Experience with speech/language models.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
