Description

You will stand up and scale site maintenance capabilities across the Cooling Power division, initially delivering work through subcontractors while building the foundation to transition services in-house. You'll own end-to-end execution, financial performance, and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in project management, operations, or field service delivery
• Proven experience managing subcontractors or third-party vendors at scale
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing job-level P&L performance
• Experience building or scaling new programs or operational capabilities
• Familiarity with field service management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of site maintenance work across assigned regions or accounts
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with customer SLAs
• Partner with dispatch, operations, and account management to prioritize and schedule work
• Monitor job progress, resolve escalations, and remove execution barriers in real time
• Develop and document SOPs for site maintenance and disaster recovery execution
