You'll own customer-facing technical work end-to-end on the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. You'll navigate complex cases that don't fit the playbook and identify systemic fixes. This role offers independent practitioner experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer tickets end-to-end, including complex and escalated issues
- Lead customer interactions independently, setting expectations and maintaining trust
- Identify recurring issues and propose systemic fixes
- Drive internal projects to improve standard procedures
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of full-time experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
- Strong troubleshooting instincts with logs, APIs, and cross-system debugging
- Hypothesis-driven reasoning to navigate ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
