You'll lead complex software implementations for enterprise biotech clients on the Benchling platform. You'll drive project operations, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as a critical client contact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply Benchling Implementation Methodology (BIM) to drive project operations.
• Liaise with customer PMOs to ensure best practices and project success.
• Lead the project team and drive execution of the project plan.
• Manage project financials including budgets, utilization, and expenses.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software project management experience in life sciences R&D.
• 3+ years of software implementation experience with a SaaS company.
• BA/BS in a life science field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with advanced collaboration tools like Smartsheet, Slack, MS Project.
