📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Transformer-based NLP, Deep Learning, and Tree-based methods.
• Proven track record taking models from experimentation to high-availability production.
• Comfortable setting technical direction for a team.
• Mastery of a production-grade language (Python, C#, or Go).
