You'll manage programs for clients in the Oil & Gas team at Paytm, India's leading mobile payments company. You'll drive sales and distribution growth by overseeing merchant acquisition and account management. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop business plans and sales strategies
• Hire and build a new sales team
• Manage merchant acquisition and EDC device conversion
• Define sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of distribution sales experience in fintech or banking
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong understanding of local language
• Willingness to travel as needed
