You will drive high-impact initiatives across customer delivery and internal operations, working with senior leadership to architect scalable solutions that improve cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across business functions to identify root causes, structure complex problems, and drive solutions
• Own end-to-end analytical frameworks including portfolio health tracking, delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and executive dashboards
• Drive process transformation by designing and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce cost and enhance delivery quality
