You'll oversee multiple projects and initiatives supporting strategic goals, working with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Your core impact will be driving Agile project management end-to-end, including scope, resources, and risk management. This role stands out with NiCE-FLEX hybrid model offering 2 office days and 3 remote days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Identify and mitigate risks, communicate status to stakeholders
• Manage Agile projects end-to-end including scope, quality, and resources

📋 Requirements

• 12-18 years of IT industry experience
• 6+ years in software development project/program management
• Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Cloud-AWS and DevOps practices
• PMP certification preferred
